About
Sarwar Azam, also known as Weird Server, is a digital growth strategist who somehow ended up trying to fix the education system. He is fascinated by the idea of humanity becoming a multi-planetary species and thinks about how we can prepare the next generation for a better future. He builds marketing systems for businesses, creates educational products and tools, and wants to build his own education system driven by a simple belief: education should help people understand the world and life, not just pass a test.
How I Got Here
I was never a very smart or brainy kid. I also had headaches and other health problems growing up. Things changed when I got my first phone at 16. On the same day, I started a YouTube channel. I knew almost nothing. I just knew I wanted to be on the internet, so I uploaded a magic trick video.
Later, I started a gaming channel where I uploaded game mods. This was in 2017. I grew that channel to 5,000 subscribers and started earning money from it. I used that money to buy my first laptop while I was still in school.
Since then, I have always been doing something on the side. Most of the things I tried failed. But I never thought about stopping. I kept trying different things, learning whatever I needed, and learning a little bit about everything. That is probably how I became a jack of all trades. I still procrastinate a lot, though.
Since I was a kid, I have always wondered why people are so illogical and cruel. Over time, I learned that better education could help change that. Building a better education system was a childhood dream of mine, and I eventually gave that idea a name: Education 2.0.
In 2020, I started seriously learning the skills I would need to build it someday. In December 2023, I left everything else I was working on and started focusing on it. I wrote a book in 2024, improved it, and launched my study programme in 2025 to help students. In 2026, I am building MaPa, and I look forward to seeing the impact these products create in the years ahead.
Everything I have been learning and building has been part of this goal: one day, I will have my own education system.

MaPa
MaPa is an education platform for adults because learning should not stop after school. It is currently in pre-launch and works with schools to give parents simple, practical lessons about things that affect their everyday lives, from technology and online safety to the changes happening around them.
The idea is: when parents are better informed, they can create a better environment for their children. Schools get a ready-made education program for parents without adding work for teachers, while parents get one trusted place to learn instead of trying to figure everything out from random information online.
The A.T.M. Strategy
ATM Strategy is a simple framework for helping established businesses grow online. ATM stands for Attention, Trust, and Money. The idea is to stop treating marketing as a collection of separate services and build one system where content, ads, communication, offers, and follow-up work together.
It starts by getting the right people’s attention, then gives them reasons to trust the business, and finally turns that trust into customers. I built it for businesses that already have something people want and need a better way to make their marketing work together.
